Why is it important to volunteer for this event?
The Scholarship Gala is our largest fundraiser, and we need a lot of assistance to have an event with 500 people.
We ask that you volunteer because we believe in the importance of service work. It helps us keep our event costs low and is fun!
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are always welcome but must pay for a ticket, which can be purchased here. PLEASE NOTE: the Gala is sold out and we are currently on a waitlist, so we cannot guarantee that your guests will be able to buy tickets.
What is the dress code?
On our invitation, we say evening attire. Basically, whatever makes you feel good and is festive is fine with us! We ask for no jeans, athleisure, or shorts. Please don’t feel like you have to buy anything new!
Where is the event located?
Westport Plaza Chalet Hotel
191 Westport Plaza Dr, St. Louis, MO 63146
Make sure you go to the Chalet Hotel and not the Tower Hotel. Park in the lot, enter through the front doors and go down the hallway. There will be staff there to direct you!
